My Story

After receiving a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Georgia, I went on to obtain my law degree from Mercer University.

While in law school, I was a member of the School's National Mock Trial Team, as well as the founding member and Vice President of the Mercer Criminal Defense Association. I also took advantage of numerous internship opportunities while in law school, including representing clients under the third-year practice act at the Macon Circuit Public Defender Office.

Upon graduating from law school, I took a position clerking for the State Court judges in Macon, Georgia. There, I honed my legal writing skills by drafting orders for two prominent judges covering a wide range of legal issues.

However, with my roots in Atlanta, I moved back to my home town once my clerkship was finished and accepted a position at the Cobb County Solicitor-General's office as an Assistant Solicitor-General. There, I prosecuted thousands of cases ranging from traffic infractions to DUIs to violent crimes. I gained valuable trial experience, taking more than a dozen cases to jury trial with high success rates.

I handled several cases with Adam when he was a prosecutor. He was always on top of his game, and is well-respected by judges, prosecutors and defense attorneys. I would not hesitate to refer a family member or friend to Adam if they were facing legal troubles.

“I contacted Mr. Miller through a friend and had a lot of initial questions. He was knowledgeable and super professional. It was easy to talk to him and he was willing to do a consultation almost immediately. Would recommend him to others.”

I had the pleasure to work opposed to Mr. Miller when he was with the Cobb Solicitor’s office. His knowledge, compassion, and professionalism made him an excellent attorney for the state. As a private attorney, those same traits will make him an exceptional advocate for you.
